Enter a Name for the Rule, the MAC-Address you want to block and the time.

Check the 'apply rule now' button to activate.

When you make a rule at 11 am that blocks a machine from 8 am until 6 pm the rule
would be active until the next day, but not today.

Therefore you can apply the rule right now.

If you want to delete a rule, just select it and press delete.

If you want to edit a rule, just select it and press edit.

If you want to allow a machine for some reason while it is normally blocked,
just select the rule, edit the time and press allow.

Don't block the machine from which you log into from your ipcop, because all access will be blocked, not only www!!
