Rating : Green - Opens no ports to red. No known vulnerabilities.

Description : Controls access from Orange and Green to Red.
Operation : This modules offers enhanced filtering capabilites for IPCop. By default IPCop let GREEN and ORANGE zones access the RED one: this may not the desired behaviour for some people.
For example, machines in the ORANGE area might be compromised from an attacker and he should not be able to access Internet to propagate the attack. Another example would be the owner of a company doesn't want the employees to have full Internet access but for some managers.

This modules offers the opportunity to add a 'default log & deny' to the GREEN and ORANGE zones and specify allowed TCP/UDP traffic to/from single ip/network. Enhanced Filtering is added under the 'Firewall' tab of the GUI and must be enabled in order to work. The Source/Destination IP and Source/Destination Mask must be filled also for a single host, just specify 255.255.255.255 as the netmask.
